Privacy Policy
At Elventora S.A.S. ("Elventora"), with offices at Av. del Libertador 7208, Floor 12, CABA, Argentina, we value your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Law N° 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and related regulations.
1. Data controller
Elventora S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71867540-9, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under N° 89.412/2026, is the controller of personal data collected through elventora.com. Registration before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is under file N° 2026/0412.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following data when you complete the newsletter form or contact us: full name, email address, IP address, browsing data (pages visited, time on site) and, optionally, your phone number when voluntarily provided.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, (ii) manage your interest in future developments, (iii) comply with legal obligations before CNV, UIF and AFIP, (iv) improve the platform through aggregated statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 5 Law 25.326), compliance with legal obligations (CNV General Resolution 1006/2025) and Elventora's legitimate interest in managing its relationship with you.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for the minimum period necessary and, in any case, for ten (10) years in accordance with the Tax Criminal Regime and CNV regulations. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting on AWS sa-east-1 São Paulo, email delivery via Brevo) under processing agreements pursuant to art. 25 of Law 25.326, and with authorities upon legal request.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. You may also withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@elventora.com. If you consider your rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures in accordance with AAIP Resolution 47/2018, including TLS 1.3 encryption, multifactor authentication, network segmentation and biannual security audits.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version date is shown at the top. Substantial changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
